You'll Need to Register a New Account

To keep your portal access, you'll need to register for a new account. If you're a Writing Agent, we'll email you a link in February, and you'll use it to register your new account. If you're in another role, someone in your agency will give you access. Watch your email for more updates and information.

NEW ROLES

Introducing New Agency Roles

We want to give you access to the features you need in the new portal. So we've created new roles to help you get logged in with the right info you need at your agency.

Principal

The Principal is an agency leader who oversees performance and compensation.

They Can:

Access all brokers' books of business within their agency.
View commissions where the agency is designated to receive payment.
Run agencywide reports and view member information.

Broker Administrator

The Broker Administrator manages portal access and ensures data accuracy across the firm.

They Can:

Access all brokers' books of business and commission data.
Add, remove or update users in the Admin center.
Run agencywide reports and view member information.

Writing Agent

The Writing Agent is a licensed broker who sells our products either independently or through a firm.

They Can:

View and manage their own book of business.
Access enrollment reporting tools tied to their clients.
See commission details for their direct sales.

Broker Account Manager

The Broker Account Manager supports Writing Agents with client services and sales activities.

They Can:

Access tools and data for the Writing Agents they support (except commissions).
View reports and member information based on agent association.
